Organization of the study
The online study consists of subject material on a learning platform. All assignments, information, audio clips and professional literature will be on the learning platform. There will also be the possibility of sending e-mails and posting messages on the platform. Students at the FagSenteret can use the platform to exchange experiences with other students, as well as to support each other through the study. Guidance will be available on the platform, but also via email or telephone.
Certification and Diploma
The subject is divided into two parts; sales and store management. A final diploma is awarded with a grade and summary of the completed curriculum. Completion of the exam in the sales subject is done by registering as a practice candidate at the nearest upper secondary school. Completion of the sales certificate exam is carried out later in the company and provides an officially approved sales certificate for students with approved practice as a practice candidate.
Working as a store manager
In the work as a store manager/store manager, you should have an interest in working in retail, as well as enjoy meeting people in buying and selling situations. As a store manager, you work closely with your employees and suppliers, and you should therefore enjoy collaborating with others.
Admission requirements/Application
General university entrance qualification or prior learning and/or work experience in related professions and/or completed 2-year upper secondary education and vocational certificate.

There are assignments and guidance in this regard several times during the year and the number is adjusted to the students’ level. This means that we issue more assignments if the student’s level turns out to be too low for us to see it as likely that the student will pass an exam. We provide guidance by reviewing assignments.

Payment can be divided into monthly installments:
EUR 180 per month × 15 installments = EUR 2,700
Alternatively, EUR 75 per month over three years

payment or through one of the installment options.
