Today’s development places increasingly strong demands on knowledge. By studying human resources management at An Eacademy, you will gain the necessary knowledge you need to develop yourself into a better leader. Through the study, you will acquire knowledge to work with human resources matters such as HSE, recruitment and the like.
In addition, our lecturers organize interactive sessions where students can ask questions, join study groups, and engage in discussions with both instructors and fellow students. Lectures are held via Thinkific and typically take place over two days each month, included in the online curriculum.
If you are unable to attend a session due to illness or other reasons, you won`t miss out- all of the meetings are recorded and made available for later viewing.

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE SUBJECT HR AND MANAGEMENT
After completing the module, the student should have insight into key principles within personnel management, organizational development, marketing and financial management, and be able to apply this knowledge to lead, motivate and develop employees in a corporate or retail setting.

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE SUBJECT HR AND MANAGEMENT
The online study consists of subject material on a learning platform. All assignments, information, audio clips, and professional literature will be on the learning platform. There will also be the possibility of sending emails and posting messages on the platform. Students at the An Eacademy can use the platform to exchange experiences with other students, as well as to support each other through the study. Guidance will be available on the platform, but also via email or telephone.
DiplomA
The subject material is divided into two modules, each with a final exam. A final diploma will be issued, including a grade and a summary of the curriculum covered.

Being an HR Manager (leader of Human Resources) is a central, varied, and strategic role. It is largely about achieving results through people and ensuring that the organization has the right talent, the right culture, and the best processes to succeed.
Admission requirements
General university admissions certification or relevant work experience and/or 2 years of experience in related professions and/or completed two years of upper secondary education
Common HR Job Tasks (Short Version):
Strategy and Organizational Development: Linking HR work to the company’s goals and contributing to change management.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Sourcing, hiring, and introducing new talent.
Leadership and Competency Development: Developing employee skills, and planning for future leadership needs (succession).
Compensation and Benefits (C&B): Developing and managing payroll systems, pensions, and other employee benefits.
Personnel Administration: Handling contracts, employee data, absence management, and maintenance of HR systems.
Work Environment and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment): Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment and following up on sick leave.
Labor Law and Conflict Resolution: Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and assisting in resolving conflicts and handling disciplinary cases.
The Organization of the Study
There are assignments and corresponding guidance sessions several times throughout the year, and the number is adapted to the students’ level. This means that we issue more assignments if a student’s level proves to be too low for us to consider it likely that they will pass an exam. We provide guidance by reviewing the assignments.
Costs
This includes tuition, guidance, exam fees at An E, and online study
materials.
Payment can be divided into monthly installments:
EUR 180 per month × 15 installments = EUR 2,700
Alternatively, EUR 75 per month over three years

payment or through one of the installment options.
